The album Rohesia Violinorchestra stems from the desire of delving into the effects of the combination of wine and music.
Tasting wine while listening to music helps exploring one’s deepest sensations: wine and music stimulate different areas of the brain and their combination leads the activated areas to interact, multiplying the connections and allowing for a richer perception of aromas and flavours. The five album’s tracks were inspired by (and are named after) five wines produced by a family of winemakers from a town in Salento, Guagnano, owners of the renowned Cantele winery.
